Spectrum Thermal Processing provides unique surface enhancement methods including Nitriding and Carburizing. These processes can improve your product by providing a supremely tough, wear resistant surface finish. Applications include gear teeth, bearing races, collars, and more. Our process is highly selective, enabling masking of specific areas to provide complete control over which surfaces are affected. Parts can be hardened after surface enhancement or returned ready for the next manufacturing step.
